I remember this one being up for sale in early 2009. It was advertised as being restored in 1995 and stored since. They were looking for offers over $14,000.

It looks like it gone really downhill.
I like the light sand and revarnish in the description. More like full strip off and start again.
Either way looks like a solid boat.
