Its a glass hull with atimber deck. Looks like it has had some good work done on it.

Yeah, The deck looks like it would come up very well, has anyone seen this boat at all I wonder ? It would be nice to see the extent and detail of the rest of her.

It sure looks like a nice job with the exception of the detail on the quarter. The coaming should overlap the fashion/stylepiece that runs across the transom.

There is a simple reason that this is done and that is so that if the boat should run along the side of a wharf or trailer arm it doens't run the risk of catching the end grain on the transom piece and then ripping the timber open or worse tearing the whole thing off the transom of the boat.
Still it is a minor thing in the whole sheme of events.
Lovely deck though and the teak would not have been cheap!!
Even recycled stuff is hard to find and expensive.

Who ever buys this , needs to take the heads off as they are on the wrong sides. The water exit on the heads should be flywheel end, exit point at the highest end of the motor.
Plus Y-Block 292? may be! she 's running 272 heads, notice welsh plugs.
