Wooden Clinker

Hi all.
Found this on the long weekend out the back of the Nelson CFA in Victoria.
Dont know any details about it or if it for sale, does anyone else know about this old girl?
Didnt seem all that bad, was still holding water, no motor, had skeg and prop shaft.
