Bert and i were working on a boat years ago. We got talking about hammond. Bert never ever praised anyone on anything but his quote about harry hammond went something like this. Id plank a boat in a week. Harry would take a week to do a plank. You can read into it what you like but i take it that he took his time to make it right. Bert did concede hammond was the best.
