Cool boat. Ive got an late 1800s compound steam engine here. Just contemplating,what to do,with,it. Toying with the idea of a reverse bow style victorian battle cruiser.

Hey Dave, if you are going to build that cruiser I have a book that you may like to borrow. The title is "Admiralty Warship Construction Manual". Mine is a 1960 edition but most of the old methods of joggling plates, riveting, the descriptions of intercostals and all sorts of unusual construction methods are detailed.

I don't know where you will get the armour belting though!
