Do you think he was trying to say "salmon ski" Pete? What a botch-up of spelling. Maybe Stu in Germany could translate it for us I wonder what he would have said to his kids when he wanted to take them out skiing? "Comme kinder, ze Hammunde ist vaiting in ze vater.
