To day I got the bow and keel strip glued on and shaped and only needs the final sand to complete, a few patches on the planks need some stain and we will be ready to clear coat the bottom of the hull, this working stuff is getting in the way of things!!!!!!!

Have now shaped and sanded and laid the first coat of clear on the stem and keel and is looking how it should now.
Next step is to roll it over and start on the deck and bolt in the bearers.
I will have to think about a trailer soon.

Rolled the boat over today and repaired the side plank with sawdust from the sander and epoxi glue.
Worked great.

Have a new problem with the engine and z drive as it is golng to have the motor to far forward unless I fit the skeg behind the transon like Linda K so may have to diract drive off the crank nose or fit a red holden six

After looking at the spare motor, driving of the crank nose may not be an option as there is only 20 odd mm of shaft to drive from, I feel this is not enough to hold and keyway is to small.
