Re: Thunda Babe
I would be up to help but that flew has got hold of me now so l will not be sharing it .
Re: Thunda Babe
Newish block bored and decked today. Tunnel bore to go for the steel main caps next. I can now order my crossflow high comp pistons and then it's time to hone to finished piston size. Also made a start on laminating the last four planks as well as making valve spring seats for the head. Busy busy.
Re: Thunda Babe
Busy boy alright.... and quite the talented lad too.
Re: Thunda Babe
Another busy day. Started on scarfing and joining plank lengths, knocked up the spring seats for the new conical valve springs, and mocked up new crank in dummy block.
Re: Thunda Babe
Mr Versatile... that's a big & impressive day in the shed Craig.
Re: Thunda Babe
I'm badly sidetracked this week trying to engineer the impossible. I also need a CAD program!
Re: Thunda Babe
Impressive Craig!....Great work Mate.
Mr Bob Clamp-Cramp Carter probably only raised an eyebrow upon viewing your array of Clamps

Re: Thunda Babe
There's no way I can compete with Bob. I don't know how his shed wall manages to hold all that weight. Lol.
Re: Thunda Babe
An early Christmas present that I'm going to sneek under the tree and plead ignorance about.
