Re: 1962 Seacraft
Seems 1 1/2" leaf springs don't exist anymore. Another hiccup.
Re: 1962 Seacraft
Springs sorted and trailer well on the way. Thanks to Ross for help with the bushes. New mudguards to buy next. Started on the boat and looked to have found some rot. Anyone used copper naphthenate to treat timber after removing the rot? Looking for pro's and cons on this one.
Re: 1962 Seacraft
A little more progress today in between rain, 30 degrees, and painting the house
Re: 1962 Seacraft
A quick run over Hotham to Wodonga to get my guards! Now working a decent way to mount them. A lot happier with rounded guards giving extra clearance from the hull as the old ones had done some damage in the past. Now need to run shorter U bolts as I've raised the axle height due to now running 13" rims. This'll give me some more suspension travel after I remove the spacer/old lowering blocks.

Nice guards !!!!
