I heard about this one a couple of years back.
I believe it was originally built for Melbourne based millionaire who owned an abbatoir. It was raced throught the 60's and was known as the "bobbing cork".
It was with the Bendigo Speed Boat Club. The owner was distantly related to the Wades of Bendigo, who owned Redline (hydro).

What an amazing little boat - judging from the pics this would make a great project (no doubt a lot more work than the seller suggests!). Where do these things keep coming from?

Dave , the next one needs to be 3-4 feet longer , I have V8 envy. But then again, it does look like a good thing .
