I think this used to be in SA. Brumby is the name of the builder. Paul knows a bit about it?

I'll jump in with a couple of details then let Paul correct it.

Ex SA restoration. It was supposedly raced on Lake Alexandrina. It was found in Williamstown in 1993 and restored.
