Great work Dave....and all the period stuff in the rear!
Pissed off I was in Sydney this weekend but was tied up at the boat show.
Something special about having a "real" restoration.
But did notice you did not have on the grey dust coat with collar and tie.

Ive been having a,break from boats lately. I bought this van as a rusty shell just before christmas. Over the last eight months ive rebuilt this car. It was a heap of work and has been a real fun project.
The sydney county council gave me everything to fit the rear out. Ive even got the two way radio.

Dave, you are too modest, so I will tell the masses.
The car went to its first show on Sunday and won second place out of 300 cars.

Jeff im,hopeles with wiring. I rewired the whole car myself. The wipers still dont work and I got,the rh blinker finally working properly,yesterday. Imagine me trying to connect the power to your house.

Alan its funny you mentioned that .the whole myth is that the scc asked holden to develop a rapid response van. This is my interpretation of what holden would come back with. The reality is no matter how big the emergency they probably still would only turn up a couple of days later.
