There's one of these for sale at the moment in Melbourne (Why is all the good stuff in Melbourne anyway.... wait, don't answer that!

Anyway, as these cars seem to be so damn hard to come by I'm considering coming down to check this one out.
Was wondering if anyone living near Caroline Springs could have a quick look at it first and make sure its not a complete rust bucket.
I know it has front right panel damage but apart from that it looks pretty straight.

Cheers!

Neil

Hi Alan, looks like I'm going to owe you another one
Thanks for the offer. He is a she.

I'm mainly interested in the body / chassis. I'm planning to strip it down and replace the engine / drivetrain / suspension anyway.
Completeness of windows / chrome trim would be handy tho.

If you want me to tee it up first let me know and I'll give her a call tomorrow.

Muchos Gracias Senor!

Hi Ray,
Thanks for the offer. I think Alan is going to check it out for me sometime in the next couple of days.
I'll keep it mind though as I'm not sure how this will pan out. If I end up buying it I might fly down and drive it back, else I'm coming down with a car trailer I suppose...

Cheers!
