Ring Stratford marine, they had a Seacraft there that hit a stump and pulled 3ft of the keel and the transom out at Glen Maggie.
It was waiting to her from insurance. It was a real mess. gone now but he will know what happened to it. he disassembled it for them.

Would have been easier to build a new one than repair it.
I sent Greg a pic of it

Went out to see what stumps he would have hit. Couldn't see much apart from what was close to shore. Just found out today they will still be drawing down on the lake for irrigation right up till the 18th of this month. Think I'll be doing some stump mapping around then for future reference!

I would if I could Andy but I reckon I'd be there forever.
This is an old shot I dug up. I'm still trying to work out where exactly it's taken.

Wow! That hit is flush, no glancing blow there.
Fixable though.
Easier to work on these than taking out the bow to midships.
Andy has learnt to hit them centre and bounce over em btw
Just replace the propshaft (ramp) :D :D :o
