Sometimes a trap!
Watercooled combine exhaust & intake manifold , most had 3 carby plates to suit Single carb setup or Twin carby. NOT all 3 plate carb manifolds have the spacing to fit 3 carbies.

All good, he only wants twin carby set up.
Its for this boat, it has a new style Rolco manifold and they only have one carby.
