Ric, so you just need one 2 inch outlet? I'll have a look tonight.

Hello Dave .
A pair would be great but a single will do.
With the pair they (hopefully)would be identical but an odd single may not match my other.
May hear from you soon .
Ta Ric...

Ric, I have only one 2 inch flapper exhaust outlet and it has HOLDEN cast into the flap so probably best on somebodies Holden 6 cylinder boat, unless you happen to have the matching one already on your boat?!

No Dave ,keep that one ,it sounds a bit special.
Mine is just a standard Seacraft one ,no markings.
But I am using a twin outlet manifold to get better flow
and want to continue that system to the transom.
Any other hoarders out there whom may be able to help ?

Hey Ric, I dont know if your interested but I was in the same boat ( sorry  ) and mad my own out of S/Steel fuel fillers :o . I know its a bit strange but they look great and a hell of alot cheaper than buying repos, I left the little tag on mine but will be removing it before it goes on the boat. Pics below , If your interested give me a call and I will give you the rundown,

Damo, they look great.
Where do you get them and how much are they?
I am not sure weather I will use the idea but it will give me options.
I am trying to get onto an old Sea craft guru to find out if he has one,
other than that will come back to your idea.
Thanks Ric....

Hey Ric - give these guys a go. http://www.briggsmarine.com.au/Briggs_M ... aust_pipes You will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page. I got a pair from them ages ago - a bit expensive if I remember correctly, but first rate quality.

Evening Ric, I got them in Perth from a company called JPW Marine 08 6253 3000 ( P/No JPW19090 ) and they cost me $180 for the two which compared to an expensive rough sand cast aluminium counterpart seemed very cheap to me as I love anything in S/Steel. As you can see by the pics I simply cut off the latch and polished up the area leaving a perfect through transom exhaust complete with a decent mounting flange. Ric I dont know how well you are set up in your workshop but this would only take me around an hour to complete in my workshop and if you need a hand to keep costs down because these bloody wooden things seem to keep costing money I dont mind lending a hand at all, (0417 865 419 ) hope this is of some help , Cheers!!

Damo,
Thanks for your most generous offer, it is much appreciated.
I have been onto the site Bob suggested and it appears that I can source
one the same as or very close to the original for $80 ,so I think I will go on that path.
I actually have 3 of the same fuel caps , only polished alluminum alloy
I got in the States for $25 each. But not tuff enuff for exhaust outlets.
Thanks again.. Ric...
