Any engine builder would be more than happy with 427hp out of a 327 cu in mild motor. Look at Vultures' specs. Fully worked 350 cu in 580 hp Haynes & Hellyer 22% 16' PITCH PROP good for 97mph , Mandy had similiar figures.
I think you will have engine load problems unless you increase h/p and torque.
