Boat bits

I have been chatting with this guy for a while now initially about his boat and later about his trailer and these parts.
The boat was in reasonably good to fair condition. The bottom half of the transom rotted out and he tore the stem out of the boat trying to winch the boat onto the trailer!!!
He the decided to sell it, couldn't get a buyer so sold off the engine, cut the hull up for firewood (?!?!?). He had the trailer and all these parts for sale for $700 but wouldn't move on the price or initially split the lot up.
Now he has obviously sold the trailer and now wants $700 for the remainder.
So do what you like with this item but the guy seems strange.
