does anyone know "Mandy" this chap refers to?

I contacted the guy listing the boat and he sent me a couple of photos.
Looks to be OK but the stem has been torn out of the boat or its badly rotted and fallen out so its not a little fix
He wants $3500 for the boat or will wreck probably worth half that at most for the complete package.

Doesn't sound like a bargain, also isn't every wooden clinker a cousin of Mandy!

this boat has re listed and I have some photos he wants 2000 ono which is probably about right but needs a lot of work
