Marinised Holden Grey

Postby blown292 » 06 Mar 2010, 22:04

Hi
I have ended up saving a good marine Holden grey engine. Owner was planning on using the engine back in a car.
Its had the head off and looks to be very clean inside. Turns over free. Cast front mount, direct drive. Very nice modified sump, steel rear mount. was just running a stock exhaust and intake manifolds. Complete with Flywheel/belt drive water pump, Starter, dissy etc. Only missing the valve cover and a couple of pushrods I think( they may all be there)

$200 or swap for Y block parts
Engine is in Croydon Vic

Hi mate
Thanks, I did see that. Always the way... I chased everywhere to find a dogclutch and now there one is ha ha. Watching the manifold he has in another auction. Cheers

Hi Blown 292,
I need a Holden Grey to replace the worn out FC unit in my Lewis, hope I'm not too late.
Let me know please.
