Without trying to be pedantic or a smartarse. it's actually a "Menkins".
It is also a left hand rotation "elephant ear" style prop, most likely to be used on an inboard (logboat type) race boat. 15" of pitch is fairly standard for these type of props.

Hi Bob, yes I know it's a Menkins, I just copy and paste what the people put in the ad.
