Would any one talk to me if I turned up with this or would I have to slink away after being pelted with tomatos?

Some of the early 'glass hulls have a lot of enduring character. I have a soft spot for the Savage Javelin.... all 13'6" of it! http://aussieskiboats.blogspot.com.au/2 ... velin.html Doubt that I'll ever have one but as a young boy this was the ski boat that impressed me. That was until I discovered V8 inboard skiffs at Albert Park Lake! And I do have one plastic fantastic - CruiseCraft Resort 5.5 bow rider....

Ive got a 59 Bell Boy Banshee, a 61Haydon Hydrodyne and a Late 50,s 16ft Carribean Half Cabin. Not sure what its named but its a copy of an American Scadjet. They are all straight out of the Jetsons.
Pete there is an aussie website for these types of boats. Its called the Board. Its started out as a vintage outboard forum but of course the boats followed.
Also search Fiberglassics in America. There are some over the top boats.
