I'll leave it for the Sth Aust. guys.
Check out the boat wrapped in clear plastic next to fork lift in the background. In the open shed.

Regarding the straight sides inside the cockpit, is this a defining feature of a Everingham hull or did others also have this design?

I'd say Everingham but maybe a Harris. Might check it out next week in my travels, not for me though.
The one in the background under the plastic was on display at the SA Wooden boat festival and looked fantastic.

The staight sides in the cock pit are very much a Harris style, the bow also looks very much like my Harris Grumpy but the Harris built boats I have seen all have sloping transoms

Looked at this one earlier today. Apparently built in Berri so likely to be a Harris. As the the listing says, has a couple of split planks and ribs but certainly not the worst I've seen, and the deck is stuffed. Was running a 186. Is 14ft 6in long.
