Ray I reckon that bloke follows this board. He know's you're a sucker, and he also knows you can't resist a yellow boat. So, he has stripped the fibreglass off the hull, given it a quick jam job with an old tin of yeller he had laying around, and listed it on ebay.
Straight to Ray's Pool Room with that one.
