Does anyone live on the central coast?

Postby hookster » 03 Aug 2011, 09:31

Hi all I am trying to get a pair of small block heads to Yarrawonga from the central coast and all the transport mobs are stuffing me around. The are located in bateau bay. If anyone lives near there and can get them to Sydney ( or nerrandera in October) that would be great thanks, Jon.

Hey Jon,
I might be able to help out. My folks live on the central coast and I'm in Sydney so might be able to work something out...
I'll get back to you...

Cheers!

Hi Jon,
My Dad will be happy to collect them for me as he goes past that way every couple of weeks or so.
If you can arrange to pay for them so all he has to do is pick them up I can certainly bring them to Sydney or Narrandera for you.
Let me know.

Cheers!

Neil

Oi Neil, thankyou very much for this. I have already paid for them, so I will get the guy's address and let you know, so your dad can pick them up. I really appreciate the quick response, and the help.

As soon as I have the address, I'll post it up for you, or you can give me your mobile number. Once again, really appreciate this Neil (and your dad), Jon.

Neil my mobile number is 0418584448, give me a ring later today and I'll have the address and everything to pass onto you. I sort of wonder why I even bought the heads, but they were cheap enough, and with 2 327's in the shed they may come in handy one day....and you can never have enough heads, eh Chivs?

No worries Jon,
I'll give you a call soon and get the details.
Yes, its true I drive a Valiant. Its also true that I'm fixing up an XM wagon for my wife (so I'm still not technically a Ford man...). But there is absolutely no truth to the vicious rumour that I am in the market for a Valiant van (unless you know anyone giving one away :D )

Cheers!

Once again I take my hat off to this club and the network it provides. Thanks to Neil, I will be reunited with my spare heads in Nerrandera. Much appreciated Neil. 8-)

Hi Hookster. I'm a bit late with this reply and maybe Nool has got your problem covered. I live at Long Jetty, next suburb to Bateau Bay. If I can be of assistance, call me on 0488 332 028.
Bob
