cleanig maniflolds

Have got a marine kit that has been in a boat fire, Covered in black oily sh--. boat must of sunk with oil slick. Need to clean it up to nice new look if possible, any thoughts on process. Wife will not let me use the dishwasher !!!!!!!

Haha use the washer when shes at work. She wont know. Easiest way is to py someone else to clean them

Ross,
Chemical parts wash (engine re-conditioners, see Clint?) what doesn't come off should clean up with a glass bead blast.

Ross,
Chemtec ct14 diluted with water and soak then into the glass beadblaster cabinet goes well with alternator housings etc
