well the boats been upside down for a few months and it hasnt leaked onto my clinker yet so its seems to be less oily. all i did was hit it with pressure washed and degreaser. i was going to hot wash it next to get the rest, i was planning on keeping the boat so the intention was to remove a few ribs at a time and sand that section, seal it and reinstate the ribs. with some work and elbow grease the boat would have been brand new inside and been fully re roved. it doesnt need re roving but i felt this was the best way to make it as new inside.

Thanks for the reply Brian. I don't think that I'm quite ready to re rove :? the boat so I will just settle for a lesser finish 8-) . It will just get covered in oil again.
