I can see many similarities between the way that things have been done on that boat and on mine. The cav plate is a similar design although that one it is a bit longer. 6 bolt skeg and also 6 bolt shaft log.
The knees for the cockpit are almost identical as is the breasthook. The quarter knees are different. Transom is similar as is the fact that the planking at the transom is very flat.
Interesting to see that the reinforcing for the skeg goes fore and aft as opposed to athawrtships between the bearers.
Mine is attached to the bearers athwartships. Notice that the stringers go all the way to the stem and not stop short as many boats do.
Also the bearers are attached to the boat straight through the cross piece to the keel by a very long bolt
The boat seems to be quite rigid even with all the deck beams out.

I've got an idea this is a Max Shepherd built boat.
A couple of reasons the 2 vents on the deck and the shaft log.
These things are no means conclusive because they can be retro fitted
There are similarities in construction but I'd have to look at some old pics
I've got somewhere to check.

Always difficult identifying these things.
I reckon the hull shape and in particular the transom look very "Eddy". Plus that big bow tie on the transom is typical of Eddy.
One thing though, that longitudinal stringer running along the ribs was not typical of Eddy, but was of Goldsbrough (still can't work out what they put that in for). Goldsbrough were also into putting the vents on the deck, as per Andrew Petty's "Sheba II".
