Hi guys, i have an interesting problem that i'm hoping someone can help me solve. The engine in Ronda has no engine number! It's a 186 and SHOULD be on a machined casting between the dizzy and fuel pump, the casting is there but no sign of there ever having been a number on it....it doesn't look to have been ground off, at least not in a back yard kind of way. I'm going to register her soon so i'm going to need one!

I've had one that the block casting number had also been stamped as the "engine number", not right I know but that's how it was registered and was on the rego papers

I've got a 41 Ford flattie in a 35 Ford phaeton. No engine numbers, but the motor come out of a saw bench. You'll probably find a lot of industrial engines didn't have engine numbers
