shaft log

Hi all ,I have just discovered I have to replace my shaft log ( I think that what you call it) where the shaft goes though the hull. the only problem is I don't know what degree it is. no one to my knowledge stocks them here (Tassie) so I will have to order one in.
it is a 17 ft Lewis hull twin cockpit circa 1960.
any advise would be appreciated

Hey Stuart, I have included a link for Cassell Marine as below, they also sell the glands to suit. In regards to working out what degree it is I just placed the prop shaft through the log and drew in the base line and the angled line and used one of the kids Protractors to get the angle. Hope this helps.

Most boats used 12 deg. but some later boats that run ford Clev or Wins had an oil pump to clear so a !5 deg would be needed
Lay the skeg on a board, draw a line on the base and a line through the shaft hole and get the angle
