Replaced the cave plate under sheet .
Re nailed the planks back tight to the transom and a new skeg bush .
And will look at the cooling system for a little upgrade in water flow.

Spent some time shortening a shaft l had and got a keyway cut on Wednesday.
Then spent 1/2 A day fitting it to the coupling with a fitted key so it would fit nice but not be to hard to remove when needed .
Today l fitted the 2 blade prop that l want to run but that ment a special key just for that prop .
Next was to cut some slots in a s/s nut for split pin . Tomorrow l will then make a std key for the other props .
Keys need to be fitted so that they don't lock the prop on before the prop is seated on the shaft ..Nothing worse than the prop that is dificult to remove.

After a few tests the prop was vibrating and was the cause of the missing bolts after every hard run .
Next test was a three blades and some wedges in the hull .
Boat handling was good but prop too small in pitch .
Last run was with another 3 blade . Speed and revs much better but the hull roll has returned but it is much better. I think l need to wedge it a little more and try again.
