No , it is a rub back .
After tree days still sticky under the surface of the wrinkles.
Have letf it out in the sun yesterday will finish the sanding to day.
It looked like I'd covered it in wrinkled gladwrap !

All sanded back and masked up .
Now it wants to rain all day today!

I wanted to get 3 coats on before I leave for Ballarat
Rain again tomorrow so if lucky might get one .
Used Bondal as Ray used it does flow well l think it was just to thick.

Ok , we have now had two coats on the deck, then a real good sand to get rid of some of the highs and lows in the pain with a flat bit of board under the sand paper, it looked good !
waited to spray but weather not helping, but did get one on today but gun or me not in the mood to do a good job . had some runs and other problems .
Will need a light sand back and do it again . will get it right one day !!!
With all this going on I have miss the cut off for the wooden boat festival .

Well finally l have got a good Finnish on the deck.
It's taken five atemps , Each time something went wrong.
Ill let it harden until next week and tben refitt it up again.

Made some rudder and prop shaft collars out of aluminum .
Turned / split and tapped for 2 cap heads to clamp around the shafts .
Fitted them to go to the boat drags today but decided not to go this morning.
