Damo, It looks like you spend a lot of time around the welding bench with the collection of coffee cups. I hope you make it over to the east one day and hand over the keys as I am sure there will be a line up for a drive. Cheers chris

I do own plans for the Len hedges ski-hi which were given to me by the guy who built mine in 1965. The only problem is that I have put them somewhere for safe keeping and cannot remember where. I have got some photo copies of the plans which I do know where they are as I was going to try and frame them for a display but they don't look that good on white paper. I am with you Peter I would like to try my hand at building one from the plans and without the modern comforts that mine has. Cheers

Hey Chris, yeah I like spending time in the shed but its not as often as I would like I'm afraid. The plan is to drag it over next year at some stage and catch up with everyone at one of your meets, whichever one is your biggest and blow some cobwebs out of it!!!!!! 8-) Mate!!!!! If possible I would love to get a copy of a copy of the plans for the Ski Hi as I have absolutely nothing on my boat other than some scant verbal stories from the last owner and two old pictures. Anyway time to go as off to work, Cheers!!!!

Damo a while ago I tried to get a club competition off the ground to see who had the best science experiments growing in their shed coffee cups. Submit a photo of your best effort for a chance to win great prizes prizes prizes

Love your work, Jon. (still after those windscreen frames or what?, over.)

Heh , Heh, Hey Jon, I swear I saw one actually move by itself the other day as I'm sure it was more alive than a coffee cup should be allowed to be    . I get told off regularly by the lovely wife as every time we get low on cups in the house she make a beeline for my damn shed :o :o only to be repulsed by the different stages of cup growing organisms  :D  . Now I,m only allowed one shed cup  :( "Bugga"

Yeah mate am still chasing some frames or at least an idea of one and maybe fab some up , Cheers Mate!!!!

Hey Guys, Had a good crack at the trailer the last two days and basically got most of it don by sundown today. Bloody knees and back are screaming st me though its got nothing to do with age  :? . Just need to put the runners on it now and give it a paint job, the old one had timber runners with grooved rubber on the top. I this still the standard or are there other options such as carpet and the like??????

Engine has been fired and run in and sounds amazing with the whine of the supercharger, needless to say it seems to have pleny of grunt 8-) 8-)

Damo, I think most would use marine carpet. My hull does have a bit off carpet burn which has marked the paint but I think it is still the best option. I haven't forgotten the plans I just need to find the originals first. Cheers chris
