No , it is a rub back .
After tree days still sticky under the surface of the wrinkles.
Have letf it out in the sun yesterday will finish the sanding to day.
It looked like I'd covered it in wrinkled gladwrap !

Ok , we have now had two coats on the deck, then a real good sand to get rid of some of the highs and lows in the pain with a flat bit of board under the sand paper, it looked good !
waited to spray but weather not helping, but did get one on today but gun or me not in the mood to do a good job . had some runs and other problems .
Will need a light sand back and do it again . will get it right one day !!!
With all this going on I have miss the cut off for the wooden boat festival .

Made some rudder and prop shaft collars out of aluminum .
Turned / split and tapped for 2 cap heads to clamp around the shafts .
Fitted them to go to the boat drags today but decided not to go this morning.
