Good luck Glenn, I'm sure you will create a great club up there (you've pretty much got a club in your own shed!) I'd love to come to one of your events and I'm sure a few southerners would join me provided we get enough notice (it's like going to Tassie right? Passport - check, vaccinations - check, lonely planet guide - check, Iphone translator app - check :P )

Make sure you take heaps of photos, or better still designate a photographer.

Have a good one mate, Jon.

Glenn I know you are not one to brag, so I'll do it for you:

The NQ wet together has 12 boats attending so far, and one unfinished hydro....not a bad effort at all for a first gig!! Great work .... watch this space!

Could be just a Qld government ploy to get us to move north?
