Being a true Vic, I also would like to see the event aligned with the Melbourne Cup weekend.

The subject has been on the Board for nearly two weeks now and it doesn't seem to be an issue with people from outside Victoria, although there was a point raised about a clash with or being too close to the Bendigo swap meet. Looking at it, I think they are at least a couple of weeks apart, so that shouldn't be an issue.

As such, I would like to recommend that we go with the move and lock it in to the Melbourne Cup weekend.

Any final protests?

The new dates for 2012 are now locked in:
Saturday 3rd, Sunday 4th, Monday 5th (crawl) November 2012.
Those Victorians with cabins who have been extended Monday are:
Price, Crawford, Carter, Carr, Peebles (Barber), Bamberry, Griffiths (honVictorian)
Botterill, and Goldberg.
It who would be good for those in the park to modify their bookings even though the owners said it wouldn't be neccesary..... Well they are the number one ticket holders for the pirate march!

Hi all. I just tried to book in for Narrandera but all the cabins are booked. Is there another motel in the area any one would suggest or any one else is using?
