Yep
Five knots is 9 kph, a real gentle cruise. Plenty of time to look around , more time to get wet if it's raining .
The weather outlook is looking up, but probably won't be as good as it could. It's more a wind problem when we are out in Hobsons Bay for a brief time at the beginning and end.
Darren (or others), looks like I will have a spare front seat if you are looking for a ride.
Ray, I will bring the windscreen brackets on Sunday.
I will be there by about 0930
Yarra Cruise
Re: Yarra Cruise
Hmm, borrowed some flares (not pants) from a mate just in case, might have to use them to keep warm.
Re: Yarra Cruise
???? Did i read : A RACE to Sorrento on Sunday, I'm in for that for sure. What a great concept, no speed limits once we clear the river mouth..( start line) just go. Imagine how nice it could be if the wether gave us a weekend like the one 2 weeks ago when the bay was one of those sensational dead still Autumn days ??? I recon i could find just the perfect boat for that event..
Any way I'm looking forward to Sunday rain hail or shine cause i want to see if anyone can help me with a Dodge Q motor that i have and need advise ect. cant type any more. see you all on the day.

Re: Yarra Cruise
Looks like I'll also have some room (can't find someone to pick up Erica from her camp at 12) but I don't allow fancy ice creams in my boat.
