Sorry Ray. I'll be tied up with the Glenmaggie boat club that weekend as we'll be getting ready for the V&V event the following weekend.

https://geelongrevival.com.au/participa ... /#register
Above is the link to the vehicle registration page, anyone attending with a boat needs to register here. You need to register each boat for both days (sorry it's a pain in the ass) As earlier mentioned they prefer to have the boats in on friday but i have been told we can get them in before 8 30 saturday as well. Make sure you register as a club display and type CAWPBA to ensure we are all together. cheers

I will provide some detail as i know it, but i may be able to help with some accommodation as my rental house is supposed to become available at the end of October. It probably won't have furniture but should be ok for showers/toilets and a dry room to sleep in. It's about 30 minutes from Geelong and will be free for club members. Will keep you updated on availability

And on a further note, we have been told of a good area we may be able to get but, it depends on the number of boats we can get for the display.
Due to this it is important that if you think that you can supply a boat for display that you let Ray know ASAP so he can keep the organisers informed.
