Pulled a couple of boats apart today, Pagan was found to have a badly leaking head gasket but no other problems with the exception of some rusticles floating around in the water galleries. I've cleaned these out and cleaned the mating surfaces and bolted the head back down, will finish it later in the week. i also took the water cooled manifold off Ronda hoping to find a cause for the water in the bores but it seems to be ok so we may be looking at an engine out scenario

Home safe ,rained all the way and constantly dodging holes in the road , we had a great time as usual Narrrandera gave us a bit of sun rain .thunder and hail what more could you want. The boat ran well and thanks to those who helped getting the boat on and off the trailer .I hope we can all catch up again soon .
Ken and Karen.

Arrived a bit late for a shortened stay this year, but was determined to maintain my record of never having missed a Narrandera.

Great couple of days with terrific people. My one and a half days there was rained out a bit, but got to re-introduce Nova after its recent facelift. With the weather the way it was, I was going to leave it on the trailer, but a couple of hours of late afternoon sunshine and some really determined bloke (I think his name was Goldberg) wouldn’t have any of it and stole the boat and threw it in the water. He and his accomplices then proceeded to tear the lake up.

Stormy also went up with Craig Allardyce with Craig determined to get it running again (Stormy hasn't run since it spluttered to a stop in Narrandera in 2019). Very pleased to say that Stormy is back to running beautifully again, some say better than ever after all Craig's good work. Thanks heaps Craig.

Here's a couple of pics of Nova's return to Lake Talbot.
