This is also the week end that we have been putting boats on display at Yarrawonga, I would also like to go to Wagga but it's getting hard.

Al,
It is exciting to have so many events with polished shiny wooden boats. At your age you have to be happy it stirs that reaction. :o

Just a quick update on Wagga, the event was good, well run for a first attempt. Heaps of boats turned up but only about half bothered to hit the water. There were a lot of boats i have never seen or heard of before, even on this site! i would have taken photo's but the first casualty of the event was my phone......again, retrieving boat waste deep in water when i realised it was in my pocket...DOH!! One boat i did get a piccy of was Cindy, an old crackerbox rear seater

She is in amazing condition for her age and hopefully will become a club boat! The chap who owns her lives 30 min from Narrandera. Pagan ran well all weekend and except for a couple of broken bolts holding the rudder bush was faultless, she's not the fastest thing about and is quite quirky at times but god i love driving it!!

Gday Ray, I was watching the live feed on Facebook on the weekend. You need a boat boy like Bob Walker has.Top job Col, right there all day ready and waiting to assist with the boat. Looked to be a good crowd, the live feed had some audio issues so didn't hear the commentary

Hi Andy,
I'll pass your comments on to Col, maybe I can convince him to come again. I just had to prise him out of the bar on a few occasions.

Please do Bob, I too have been guilty of spending aSaturday afternoon or three stuck in the bar there when a mate was the manager.
