Sorry to say sometimes the 'best plans' just aren't meant to work, was going to pick up Buster today then head to Balranald fri /sat to say G'day .
Blew a turbo - intercooler hose and spent the day waiting for parts /repairs . 14hrs with nothing to show but a $800 bill!
I feel sorry for Phil who has done every conceivable thing to help and I managed to stuff it up at the 11th hour
However will probably pick up Buster mon / tues next week
Enjoy the weekend all

Back safely from Balranald.
What a great weekend as usual many many laughs, excellent water and weather conditions and socializing.
Thanks to Andy, Wendy and Mitch (Mick) for you your hospitality, my family commandeering your boat for boarding and skiing.
Also thanks to the owners who generously let me take their boats for a burn.
We'll be back!
Darren and Family

Thanks to all for travelling so far, great to have you here.A bit of bother to get the boats in and out but that's life in the big city, hopefully the management will keep some water in Yanga if it gets here this year. I have heard a rumour that if we return next year I will be running a wooden boat of my own again. Stay tuned for that one!!!!. Now to pack the ghost and back it up at Cohuna with the Classic Ski Boats group, phew 38 degrees for Saturday, you might get sunburnt Mr President

In the interest of actually being "organized" and thinking ahead, I rang Balranald Caravan Park to book a cabin for the Victorian Labor Day weekend in March next year.
Yep they said, you've got Cabin 17, its right near Alan Price who booked a couple weeks ago. Really..........
LOL
