We are home, and had a wonderful weekend at Balranald. Lake Yanga was excellent on both days and my kids had a great time on the back of Andy's boat. Thanks to all those that shared Scrubcats work out.(anytime Nath) Plenty of good company and humour all weekend, and the retirees are still there! Lucky b@&$tards. Thanks to Andrew, Wendy and Mitch for their fine hospitality!

Well, Carol and I are home as well. This was a fabulous weekend, heaps of thanks to Andy and Wendy for being great hosts, as already noted, bbq, scones, wheel bearings and great company. Lake Yanga is an unreal place to take a boat for a fang which reminds me to thank everyone who let me bludge rides and drives of their boats. Really looking forward to doing this again

Yes agree with you all. Fabulous weekend, many thanks to our wonderful hosts and the great group of people who came along.

And what about that lake! Hundreds acres of navigable water. Just superb.

Thanks to all for travelling so far to check out our little village in the bush.We are pleased everyone enjoyed themselves while here. It seems that tourism is gathering momentum in our area, Mungo is on the radar for next time we gather here along with several other undisclosed destinations. Marty the tour guide at Yanga is now in possession of the name of the tear away that let the shotgun off in the office, not the person they thought it was( must be a bigger to be getting old enough to remember things like that). As it was said to me on Monday, that was the best weekend I have had!.
Hope to do it again, until then keep your propellers away from underwater obstacles.

HI ALL,
I have added this on the end of last years to help people see what fun it was, and it was so good that we want to do it again. If you are interested act quick as there is a wedding in town and accommodation could be tight, some bookings have already been made at the caravan park and they are holding what they can for members. If you cant get something talk to me Greg or Darren Goldberg as we may be able to shuffle around to find the right size space for all.
Dates are the 10th, 11th and 12th March (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Alan.
