Hey Guys, for anyone staying at Clifton Springs Saturday night you will need to bring a sleeping bag as bedding is at a bit of a premium. Accommodation is pretty basic but we do have a BBQ and red wine (beer as well)

Another Geelong Revival done and dusted, this is a fabulous weekend for any petrol head. Weather on Saturday was a bit average with a cold wind blowing for most of the day but we still managed to get sunburnt! Today started cool but turned out to be sunny and warm(ish), both days bought large crowds and lots of people looking at the boats, asking questions and recounting stories of boats owned and raced. We may even gain a few new members with a couple of people who own boats coming forward. I received some sad news today when a chap informed me that Pagan's second owner, a chap by the name of Dick Curnow had recently passed away. I had hoped to be able to take the boat to Bendigo where he lived so he could see it again, at least he was aware it was still around and being looked after. Later in the day a lovely chap bought some rolled up paper for me....a complete set of plans for a vintage 3 point hydro! They are copies of plans he purchased in 1955 so if anyone would like to build one you know where to come, the only hard part will be finding an Austin A30 engine to power it.
