Classic Australian Wooden Power Boat Association

A friend of mine rang me today asking if there would be interest in displaying some of our boats at a car show at Melton Weir on the 12th of November. The show is being organised as a fund raiser for a local Lady suffering from a serious illness. It corresponds with the National wakeboard titles held at the same venue. Any one interested in displaying a boat, I am not sure how the weather will treat us but should be a good crowd as the MRSBC is hosting wake board titles, we need to have boats there before the gates open to public at 9am and I believe the display will end around 2pm.

Melton car show done and dusted, was a disappointing turnout by the public but my friends raised $1800 dollars for their friends Daughter and they are calling the day a success. Would really like to thank everyone who brought a boat for display, if nothing else it was another good day to sit around and talk about boats! Once again, thanks!!
