If it helps any out of towners who may be interested in this, I have a bed or two at my place as well as somewhere to leave a boat or two. I'm about 40 min, from Geelong via a good country road!

Well, I am still waiting on the mail, for the entry forms, but what I have so far is that I have asked for room for 10 boats, and they are now doing the site plan and will let me know what and where we will be soon. The site as I remember seeing it last year being built was not "fenced" but surrounded with boundary tape (bunting) the boats can stay there and they will have 24Hr security. I have also asked about the use of marquees to cover the boats but will not know till they complete the plan. The good news is, no fees.
