Classic Australian Wooden Power Boat Association

The Glenmaggie District Boat Club have invited us to put some boats on show for the club's 60th anniversary. They are particularly interested in getting some old race boats there with a good possibility of them having a demo run (there's plenty of water in the lake).

Please advise Alan or Greg if you intend to attend.

Would really love to attend this with Bewitched, the skiff in my avatar.
We raced Bewitched at Glenmaggie in 1970 and that's where the shot was taken. It would be fantastic to be able to take her back there.
Will get in touch with the owner and see if he's interested in going. He's most likely in Tassie at the moment, so some of you might be able to get to him before I do.
I think he's mates with David Nash, the guy that owns Yukon, so he'll probably be on board her.

Dunno, but I'm still working on it.

I'm still working on getting there with Pagan, just trying to get around the logistics.

I'm up for it with Rebound. They do a fine job at the Glenmaggie club so I'm pleased to support them.

Is the invite open to just race boats? I'm just up the road from Genmaggie and was really interested in going with my Seacraft.

Spoke to Glen (GDBC) today and its open to all boat types, not just racers. We're attending.
