"Aaarrrgggh a place to lay my big black punt!" That's all I need. If I bring that along then we will have plastics, woodies and aluminiums represented. If someone else could also bring a severely underpowered punt, we could have pylon races with the damn things, just to fill in time and break the monotony of watching Ray work on whatever boat he brings

Now, in a remarkable moment of seriousness, I have spoken to Captain Plastic and a loose plan is to catch up with those guys at Bundalong on the sunday run. And that ladies and gentleman is about as close as we'll get to an itinerary for the weekend.

Leave it Ken. A yellow hull against an African mahogany deck looks fabulous.

Expressions of Interest
On a recent fact finding mission to Hooksters' Place, we discovered that
the accommodation at the end of his street may in fact be a tremendous
venue for the whole event (I say this with Hooks' approval)
There are 17 units overlooking a couple of acres of grassy lakefront.
It has its own boat ramp, rotunda with large BBQ, beer garden and
wood fired pizza oven all overlooking the lake. (and the boats)
I have spoken to the manager and if we take 10 or more units we will get the
run of the place.
Example of the cost is $80 ish per night if we supply our own linen/towels.
The Motel is re-opening for business shortly, so we need to commit to lock
the place away, as it is a long weekend.
Australia Day weekend in this area accommodation will be in high demand.
So far:
1. Hooks
2. Chivs
3. Andy
4. Darren
5. Mrs Price
6. El Pres.
Post away
