Here is a pic that I have of B-Pee taken at Albert Park Lake May 1973. Ken Harris is on the deck with the paddle. My recollection is thast this was a very quick club boat racing at Melton, Albert Park, Geelong (Modewarre) and Yarrawonga. Ken had the BP station on Bell Street in Coburg and I used to buy my BP 100 octane fuel from there.

Caught up with Ken Harris and had a great talk with him about the boat. He tells me that he had it up to over 100mph on Albert Park lake, brave man! He sent me this picture of her in action back in the day. Ken is currently working on restoring another old race boat "Hoots Mon" an Everingham that he raced against in the 70's

Nick you have no option but to return it to former race appearance, and name. You have until January long weekend. And while you're at it, piss that car stereo off out of it too  8-)

We could've done that at Narrandera when he wasn't around :( Missed opportunity.
Maybe it's just an AM radio with a cassette deck

Nick, mate, Nick young grasshopper,
Herein lays the rub,
You may have thought that buying woody was a path with a destination,
Oh no young grasshopper, the boat you now own needs to be returned to its
origins......race missile with 1.25 seats.
You now need to buy a family boat to fit the rack and doof doof.
And mate just keep in the back of your mind every man needs a skiff....
And a hydro come to think of it
;)
