Ross, the new full size Yamaha is nigh on 12 feet.
Approx 3.6 metres. You do carry safety as well.
I am planning to take Steinway this year to Narrandera.
Although Scrubcat does scream at me when I walk in the shed!
Just Luke and me at this stage, as we have fresh Labrador puppies.
And Liz and Luke will have only returned from South Africa a few days before.

Managed to punch a hole in the sump Sunday which has derailed preparation a bit?!
Motor out last night.

Dave - the devil is in the detail. Is the said sump hole, punched from the inside out... or the outside in?

Hi Bob, outside in. The sump has always been verrrry close to the bottom but it appears that the new rivets are slightly more proud than before. Due to the set up space, moving the engine isn't an option, will modify and the repair the sump for Narrandera then fabricate a new one afterwards.
