Coleambally Vintage Machinery Rally

The Coleambally Vintage Machinery Rally is on again this year on the 8th and 9th of August.

This show is held every two years and has displays of vintage cars, trucks, tractors, steam, petrol and diesel stationary engines, sewing machines, in fact anything that can be classified as a machine. It is quite a large event and is getting bigger each time.

While notification for the event is pretty tight, the organisers are very keen to have some classic boats on display. If you would like to put your boat on show, contact Trevor on 02 6954 1263 for details. Coleambally is about 65 kms from Narrandera or an hour or so from Griffith.

I believe they had over 100 tractors alone in 2007. The organisers are expecting some vintage speedway cars this year. Here are some pictures of the 2007 show to give you an idea of what it's all about:
